Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Deliver holistic, whole-person care in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school with active, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility.
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- DEA certification or eligibility.
- At least one year of experience in value-based healthcare.
- Willingness to participate in on-call phone coverage.
- Preferred: Fluency in Spanish.
- Team-based care with lower patient volumes for personalized care.
