Role: Licensed Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in outpatient clinics
• Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate with physicians, families, and payers
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
