- Preparing and submitting timely clinical documentation.
- Adhering to professional standards and the company's code of conduct.
- Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of operation.
- Preferred experience in community or home health settings.
- Valid CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and insured vehicle in good working condition.
