Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic located in Perkins, OK. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery and pain management.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and provide education on injury prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
