Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care, collaborate with registered nurses and clinical leaders, and maintain clear plans of care. Focus on building meaningful patient relationships, ensuring safety, and following CDC safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills: Active LPN license in New Mexico, current BLS CPR certification (in-person), and experience with G-tube, trach, and vent management.
Key Duties: Support pediatric patients' nursing needs, utilize provided PPE, and participate in training and preceptor programs.
