Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers to maximize patient volume, administer medications, and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Ensure effective communication, accurate documentation, and timely processing of referrals and test results.
- Follow regulatory and safety standards, promote teamwork, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform administrative duties such as patient greeting, registration, scheduling, insurance processing, and billing.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current Missouri license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physician's office preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and patient-centered skills in a fast-paced environment.
