Role: Responsible for facilitating patient admissions, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate data entry. Acts as the first point of contact, providing compassionate assistance and information to patients and families.

Key Duties
- Complete patient registration by gathering demographic and health information
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Respond to inquiries professionally and respectfully
- Collect co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurance at the point of service
- Enter data accurately into hospital systems and scan documents
- Schedule and organize patient services and appointments
- Register patients for various procedures and work with electronic medical records
- Generate and analyze patient data reports, following up on discrepancies
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work reliably during standard business hours
- Reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license
- Experience in hospital or medical registration
- Knowledge of insurance policies and medical terminology
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with medical coding, referrals, and cost estimates
- Familiarity with Google products and facility pricing
