Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Hospitalist to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. As an NP-Hospitalist, you will provide comprehensive inpatient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Perform initial assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for hospitalized patients.
• Manage patient care throughout hospitalization, including consultations and follow-up.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans.
