Role: Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

  • Provide resident-centered nursing care in long-term and post-acute settings
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately
  • Monitor resident health status and document in EMR systems
  • Support admissions, discharges, and care planning within an interdisciplinary team
  • Mentor CNAs to promote quality care, dignity, safety, and comfort

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid LPN license
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate approach to resident care
  • Ability to document accurately and utilize EMR systems
