Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Weslaco, Texas. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, specialized care to neonatal patients within a hospital or clinical setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

• Perform thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for neonatal patients.
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide family-centered education and support to families of neonatal patients, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Manage and monitor neonatal patients’ progress, adjusting treatments and interventions as needed.
