- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate care plans.
- Participate in clinical coverage across weekdays and weekends, including occasional nights and holiday needs as required.
- Support education of staff, learners, and trainees.
- Engage in quality improvement and research/academic initiatives.
- Expertise in neonatal intensive care and inpatient newborn management.
