We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related health field.

Key Responsibilities Include

Supporting clinical programming at a Crisis Recovery Center
Providing direct client care through assessment, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, family, group, milieu)
Coordinating services with healthcare professionals and educating clients, families, peers, and the community

Qualifications And Skills

Preferred licenses: LPC, LPA, or LCSW upon hire
At least 2 years of clinical experience

This role requires a collaborative, mission-driven approach to mental health care, with an emphasis on supporting vulnerable populations and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
