We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers in patient examinations and treatments.
Key Responsibilities Include

Key Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming patients, preparing exam rooms, and obtaining medical histories.
- Documenting vital signs and updating electronic medical records accurately.
- Assisting providers during exams, performing point-of-care tests, and maintaining supplies.
- Ensuring cleanliness and disinfecting treatment areas, following safety standards.
- Providing excellent patient service with a respectful and attentive approach.
- Supporting pre-visit planning, managing logs, and addressing messages within the EMR system.
- Back-up support for front office duties such as check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling.
- Following HIPAA guidelines and maintaining professional vendor relationships.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduation from an accredited healthcare program (e.g., Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, EMT).
- Relevant certifications, with CMA preferred.
- Strong computer skills and EMR experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in Family or Pediatrics is advantageous.
- Ability to complete tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate medical records.
