- Educating patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care
- Managing patient documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Handling administrative duties such as scheduling and patient communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of urological conditions and procedures is a plus
