Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality care to residents, supporting their independence and psychosocial wellness under the supervision of the Wellness Director.

- Administer medications, handle and store them in compliance with regulations and policies
- Maintain medication carts and documentation accurately, ensuring security
- Evaluate resident health changes, report to management or physicians
- Observe and communicate resident status, needs, and concerns
- Provide emotional and physical support, assist with vital signs and resident move-ins/move-outs
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and resident care standards
- 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics
- Experience with dementia residents preferred
- Current unencumbered LPN license, CPR and first aid certification
- Knowledge of older adult physiology and psychology
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Exceptional communication, training, and customer service skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical
