- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders on each assignment.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team, documenting diagnoses.
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
