Role And Responsibilities
Provide pediatric clinical care for patients aged 6-21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and complex mental health needs within a family-based care model. Manage an estimated caseload of 15-20 patients daily, working autonomously with support from a full behavioral health staff team. Conduct onsite orientation and complete credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and drug screening. Deliver care during structured day shifts, with scheduling flexibility, and ensure compliance with prescriptive authority regulations.
Qualifications And Skills
Active Virginia license, pediatric clinical experience, BLS certification, and prescriptive authority. Ability to work independently in a clinical setting, with strong organizational and patient management skills. Credentialing within 10 days is expected.
