- performing routine nail care and meeting documentation standards
- graduation from an accredited Vocational Nursing program
- licensure in Texas
- at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- basic gerontological knowledge and ability to relate to aging persons
