We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential nursing support in a facility dedicated to treating substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide routine care, identify treatment needs, and develop collaborative treatment plans. You will complete documentation per regulations, review medication logs, assist in medication administration, and facilitate patient education.
Collaborating with patients, families, and referral sources, you will support progress updates and post-discharge recovery. You will apply clinical judgment in crisis situations, perform risk assessments, and build trusting relationships with patients.
Qualifications include active Florida LPN or RN license, relevant clinical experience, strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills, and familiarity with confidentiality and regulatory standards. Knowledge of KIPU EMR system is preferred.
