We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Compensation ranges from $29.87 to $34.99 per hour, with a $.65 shift differential and a $4,000 sign-on bonus for evening/overnight shifts.

Key duties include:

  • Collecting resident admission information
  • Monitoring vital signs and recording health details
  • Administering medications and injections
  • Treating wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising CNAs (if required)
  • Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
  • Monitoring food and liquid intake/output

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in good standing
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Skills and attributes: Ability to provide compassionate care, attention to detail, and adherence to healthcare standards.
