Role: Responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams using appropriate imaging equipment under supervision, verifying patient identity, reviewing medical records, and assessing risk factors.
Key Duties: Explains procedures to patients, sets up equipment, acquires images, reviews findings, documents protocol deviations, and communicates with radiologists. Responds to medical emergencies, provides post-care instructions, and participates in quality improvement initiatives such as patient flow and satisfaction. Offers imaging education to residents, students, and new staff. May perform radiologic technologist duties and take call/standby as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- ARRT registration in Radiology (R) or CT preferred
- Completion of AHA BLS Healthcare Provider training
- At least one year of radiologic technologist experience or advanced CT certification
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Technical proficiency with imaging equipment and computers
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a complex environment
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and physical stamina for patient care tasks
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity for producing high-quality images
