Role: CT Technologist supporting outpatient and inpatient imaging services at a leading hospital.
Responsibilities: Operate CT scanners and related equipment, position patients, perform accurate exams, assist radiologists with procedures, evaluate scan quality, manage patient scheduling, recordkeeping, and billing. Provide patient care, education, and training to new technologists. Collaborate in protocol development and technical projects, and support interventional radiology efforts.
Qualifications: Certified or eligible in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, or CNMT; ARRT-registered with CT certification within 18 months. Experience levels vary from entry to advanced, requiring 2 years for higher levels. BLS certification is required.
Skills: Proficiency in CT operation, patient positioning, IV placement, safety protocols, and technical image evaluation. Strong communication, teamwork, and training abilities.
