Role: Locum CRNA providing anesthesia services near Clay, MO, in an inpatient setting.
Responsibilities: Support anesthesia for diverse surgeries including orthopedic, neuro, pediatric, thoracic, and obstetric cases. Perform general, regional, spinal, epidural, and trauma anesthesia techniques, including nerve blocks with x-ray guidance. Manage ventilation, acute volume and BP issues, and place central, arterial, and PA lines. Serve as backup call in a medical direction model, assisting the primary anesthesiologist with OR and OB cases.
Qualifications & Skills: Active MO CSR license, ACLS, BNDD, fellowship preferred, EMR paper charting. Must have experience with complex anesthesia procedures, regional techniques, and airway management.
Key Duties: Provide anesthesia support, assist with complex surgeries, perform regional blocks, and manage post-op epidurals and pain management techniques. May be asked for backup call duties.
