Physical Therapist
Role: Provides comprehensive physical therapy services in patients' homes to restore and improve function, following physician prescriptions.
Responsibilities: Evaluates patient needs, develops and administers treatment plans, and ensures adherence to all licensing, regulatory, and organizational policies. Handles diverse patient interactions, manages stressful situations, and meets deadlines with accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid state license, graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, and preferably prior home health experience. Must hold current BLS certification, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation. Strong communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.
Additional requirements include two years of work experience, compliance with regulations, and ability to perform all assigned duties effectively.
