Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized therapy sessions tailored to developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
- Build trust and rapport with patients and families, providing education and ongoing support.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure positive outcomes.
- Participate in weekly clinical consultations for professional growth and feedback.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and uphold clinical standards.
- Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD in Pennsylvania.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents.
- Experience in telehealth or virtual settings.
- Proficient with technology including EMRs, Google Suite, and virtual platforms.
- Owns a phone, computer, high-speed internet, and flexible to accommodate patient needs.
- Committed to a minimum of 8 hours weekly during core hours.
