Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab facility
  • Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, feeding, and restorative care
  • Take vital signs, observe and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Support therapy plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, residents, and families to deliver personalized care
  • Promote dignity, comfort, safety, and overall quality of life for residents

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered approach
