Requirements:
· Proficiency with various Microsoft Windows products and Medical systems.
· Strong multi-tasking, planning, organization and execution skill and the ability to work independently as well as with others within the department
· Experience in reading and interpreting EOB's for all types of carriers.
· Experience in daily and month end reconciliations
· Follow internal protocols and posting guidelines relating to payer fee schedules
· Flexibility to adapt to changing environment and different learning styles
