What You'll Do
- Coordinate patient care and provide essential administrative support to field clinicians
- Track, clarify, and process medical orders, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, families, and physicians regarding care plans and updates
- Input orders and upload documentation into the electronic medical records system
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff
- Order and monitor medical supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct chart audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Support overall office operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Current RN license in California (required)
- 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience strongly preferred
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- BLS certification is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage high call volumes professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with Apple products and proficient in medical scheduling and documentation software
- A service-first mindset with genuine warmth toward patients, families, and colleagues
- Monday – Friday, Day Shift
- On-site at our San Francisco office (remote work not available for this role)
- Competitive hourly compensation starting at $50.00/hour, depending on experience
