- Support Field Clinicians: Assist field clinicians by coordinating patient care and providing essential administrative support.
- Order Management: Help track, clarify, and process medical orders, ensuring proper documentation is in place.
- Communication: Serve as the liaison between patients, families, and physicians to ensure clear communication about care plans.
- Documentation: Input orders and upload documentation into the electronic medical records system.
- Orientation Support: Assist in the orientation of new staff members to the organization.
- Supply Management: Order and monitor medical supplies to maintain adequate inventory and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Conduct Audits: Complete audits as required to ensure accurate patient records and operational efficiency.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Licensed LVN in California (required)
- Experience in Home Health preferred
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Apple products and proficient in using medical scheduling and documentation software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple schedules, and maintain accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Customer Service Focus: A friendly and service-oriented attitude with a focus on providing the best experience for patients and their families.
- On-site at our San Francisco office (no remote work)

- Starting at $40 DOE
