Your Role
Provide personal care services as directed in the plan of care.
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse.
Maintain accurate visit documentation.
Promote patient dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
Communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements
Active California Home Health Aide certification.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Current CPR certification.
Strong reliability and communication skills.
Home Health Experience Preferred.
