Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Support:
- Oversee and track the progress of departmental goals and initiatives.
- Lead and manage ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the Director’s vision.
- Provide guidance and mentorship within the assistant team, offering support across departments as needed.
- Maintain a pulse on all relevant projects and assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Prioritize complex schedules, meetings, and tasks using sound judgment and foresight.
- Proactively manage the Director’s calendar, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient use of time.
- Handle a wide array of administrative duties, including phone, email, and mail correspondence.
- Organize contacts, manage electronic files, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage payroll reports and track day-to-day activities across multiple teams.
- Represent the DPCS with diplomacy and professionalism in meetings and communications.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and staff at all levels.
- Draft clear and consistent communications, presentations, and strategic initiatives on behalf of the DPCS.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and provide advisory support to managers across departments.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Home Health or healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Keynote. Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Strong experience with presentation design and delivery.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a diplomatic approach.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while handling multiple competing priorities.
