Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal at Health Law Alliance to assist with the preparation of cases pending trial in federal court. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions to support the legal team in various litigation matters. Depending on case load, some remote/hybrid work may be available.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
- Ability to draft pleadings and motions
- Experience in supporting litigation attorneys in a legal setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with electronic legal research tools
- Paralegal certification or relevant bachelor's degree
- Experience in healthcare law is a plus
