RN Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated RN Program Manager for the Pedi MFM Clinic in Converse, Texas.

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training.
• Serve as a clinical resource, providing guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Engage with patients and families to promote positive health outcomes.
