Registered Nurse - Hospice Palliative Care

We are seeking a compassionate RN - Hospice Palliative Care in Fall River, MA, earning up to $2,500/week.

• Provide holistic palliative and hospice nursing care to patients in their homes and care facilities.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts.
• Manage symptom control, medication administration, and emotional support for patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression, treatment options, and comfort measures.
