Description:
We are looking for an employee to join our team at Midway International Airport to work weekend shifts as a dispatcher. As an important part of our team, you will be dispatching jobs to technicians as well provide administrative and office support to multiple supervisors.
Basic Duties Include (but Not Limited):
Paid job training to start as soon as possible.
During a two-to-three-week timeframe, from Monday to Friday, employees are required to attend training sessions. These training sessions must cover every type of work shift (e.g., morning, afternoon, night), with the employee participating in at least one training session for each shift type.
Training will be modified around candidate's schedule as much as possible.
Shift Hours After Training Is Complete:
Weekend shifts: 16 hours/week
Requirements:

- -Answering incoming phone calls and direct to, or dispatch, the appropriate personnel.
- -Write basic letters, memos, and correspondence.
- -Create and/or modify management reports.
- -Data Entry
- -Must be proficient with computers and software packages such as MS Office
- -Great communication skills
- -Customer service skills
- -Ability to multi-task and problem solve
