Job Role Summary
Responsible for directing and performing work associated with measuring performance related to Health & Hospital's governmental funds strategic operations. The incumbent will also review or oversee their team review enterprise funds monthly financials and produce a brief presentation and narrative for HQ C-suite team.
Essential Duties
- Directs the Corporation toward utilizing a strategic, data-driven approach to assessing new opportunities.
- Directs the Corporation toward improving performance related to our mission, vision, and values.
- Supports strategic planning with guidance from the c-suite team and senior leadership.
- Guides the Corporation to evaluate, select, prioritize, execute, and monitor strategic improvements.
- Creates an environment that uses data to foster inquiry, creativity, evaluation, and accountability.
- Creates and maintains the required data analytics infrastructure for effective business analytics.
- Monitors performance and results of executed initiatives by monitoring pro-forma plans and tracking success metrics.
- Ensures project initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and employ established industry techniques and benchmarks.
- Directs a performance-oriented, learning culture that learns from success and failures.
- Supports succession and development of leaders within the Corporation.
- Helps troubleshoot complex operational problems as they arise.
- Supports and participates in the implementation of work / business design and redesign in collaboration with senior leaders to meet the Corporation's strategic goals.
- Demonstrates appropriate leadership and stylistic techniques when working with complex customer and stakeholder groups.
- Communicates complex ideas simply and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Contributes to the creation of both the statutory and operational budgets.
