Role Overview

Seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs, operating radiation detection and imaging equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer radioactive drugs.
  • Operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.
  • Follow hospital safety and patient care policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology.
  • State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine.
  • BLS certification.
  • At least 2 years of hospital-based experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
  • Familiarity with radiation detection, imaging equipment, and radioactive drug procedures.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies.
  • Preferred: Certification through ARRT(N) or NMTCB.
