Travel Stepdown Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse - Stepdown to join our dynamic healthcare team in Kearney, NE. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients requiring intermediate to high-level monitoring and interventions, ensuring optimal recovery and safety.

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a stepdown unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
• Monitor vital signs, manage IVs, administer medications, and respond swiftly to patient emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify individualized care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations
