Role: Travel Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary and critical illnesses.
Key Duties: Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans, assess and treat patients, perform diagnostic tests, operate and monitor respiratory equipment, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Qualifications: One year of recent RRT experience, NBRC credential, valid state license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS.
Skills: Critical thinking, communication, technical motor skills, physical stamina, interpersonal abilities, and mental resilience to work under pressure and handle irregular schedules.
