Registered Nurse (RN) | Interventional Radiology
Role And Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for a group of patients, providing specialized nursing care.
Document patient responses, monitor physiological data, and observe manifestations.
Administer medications, initiate and monitor IV infusions and blood products.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Communicate care plans, hospital procedures, and discharge instructions to patients and families; delegate tasks to support staff as needed.

Qualifications And Skills
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current RN License (state-issued or multistate compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification within 6 months.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, and evaluate nursing services; work independently after orientation.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Experience in IR or procedural settings as part of a team.
