Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room / Trauma

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma to join our dynamic healthcare team in Manchester, CT, near New Haven. In this role, you will provide exceptional emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt assessment, treatment, and stabilization of trauma and critical cases.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs and recognizing signs of deterioration
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educating patients and families on post-discharge care and safety
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards
  
  

Ideal candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A current CT RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
