- Utilize effective sales techniques and approved resources to engage healthcare providers and increase product usage.
- Manage territory by identifying targets, maintaining relationships, and updating healthcare provider lists.
- Develop and execute business plans, manage administrative tasks, and control operational expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring compliance with promotional and sample regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience; 5 years preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary healthcare credentials.
