- Graduate from an accredited surgical technologist program.
- Completion of First Assistant program or competency verified by a surgeon.
- Minimum of 3 years perioperative services experience.
- Certifications: CST, BCLS, and a surgical assistant certification (CSA, CSFA, SA-C, or equivalent).
