RN - Surgical ICU Stepdown

We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Surgical ICU Stepdown unit in Nashua, NH.

• Provide specialized nursing care to post-operative and critically ill surgical patients in a stepdown setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex medical equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain accurate documentation.
