• Provide high-quality patient care to stabilize and monitor patients transitioning from ICU or preparing for discharge.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly.
