Role: RN Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Lead diabetes education for patients, families, and clinic staff
  • Develop and review educational materials to promote self-management
  • Contribute to hospital-wide policies on diabetes care and glycemic control

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of two years' diabetes education experience
  • Active California nursing license
  • Ability to obtain CDCES certification within six months
