Role: Critical Care RN in the W.E.S.T. Float Pool, providing high-acuity care across multiple facilities.

- Deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care using the full nursing process.
- Manage complex, high-acuity patients confidently and efficiently.
- Administer medications, infusions, and treatments safely and accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical patient condition changes.
- Partner with patients and families for education, advocacy, and empowerment.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (compact or single state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years recent Critical Care RN experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, highly adaptable, organized, and team-oriented.
