Registered Nurse Surgical Trauma 3A

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Coordinating patient care across departments
• Performing comprehensive assessments and procedures such as telemetry reading, IV insertions, wound care, and managing chest tubes
• Maintaining professional accountability and adherence to standards
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license and BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements
  
  

Skills desired: critical thinking, clinical skills, effective communication, and teamwork. Experience in a fast-paced med-surg telemetry environment is preferred.
