- Providing holistic care and participating in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Assessing resident status changes, notifying physicians, and documenting appropriately.
- Administering medications, performing wound care, and managing treatments such as IVs and tube feedings.
- Ensuring adequate supplies, updating care plans, and participating in quality and compliance activities.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining infection control standards.
- Reporting incidents, safeguarding residents from abuse or neglect, and performing other assigned duties.
- A nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
