We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Services department.

- Providing specialized nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment for acutely ill patients.
- Utilizing clinical judgment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills across a diverse patient population.
- Performing procedures within the scope of practice set by the Iowa State Board of Nursing.
- Collaborating with ED techs and secretaries in an 18-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in Iowa or a Compact State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within six months of hire.
- Recent RN experience; preferred experience includes Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, ER, or Psychiatry.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, quality patient care in emergency settings.
